About me

I'm married with five daughters and two grandchildren. I have been working in the semiconductor field for nearly 20 years. I manage Automation and IT groups for a large semiconductor company. My typical day is 10 to 12 hours long. Fairly normal for the average American worker. I haven't been immune to the downturn the economy has taken. I work in an industry that has booms and busts. The booms are great but the busts are very painful. Normally these consist of paycuts, layoffs and pay freezes. I know how tough this has been for me and the people I know and I want to help other people with their challenges where my personal experiences are of some use.
